Once considered a poor man's food, it is now one of the most expensive. I cook it long and slow with fresh seasonings and spices either in a slow cooker or a pressure cooker.
You will be amazed on how the meat falls off the bone and how amazing it tastes!
So simple but the magic is of course in the spices! Ensure you marinate your chicken for 24 hours for maximum tenderness and flavour. Once I marinated my wings, I will brush on more seasoning and then bake (or BBQ) until crispy.
