We buy all our spices/herbs in their singular form and we only deal with certified suppliers. Short of us growing our own herbs, we prefer to buy fresh and then dehydrate in house in order to obtain the highest quality control. All the hard work is taken care of and when you use our spice blends, you will only get the best. 

Our journey began when we were struggling to find quality spices to cook with, especially ones without fillers and ingredients that were not authentic. We started with the Jamaican Jerk Spice, and could not find not one single spice blend that was authentic and true to Jamaica. So we bought fresh ingredients and made our own according to true Jamaican Jerk Spice recipes. People began to comment on how good it was and if they could buy them from us. Thus Gyaldem Kitchen Herbs and Spices was born and now we have over 10 unique spice and herb blends with more on the way!

Our goal is to give everyone who loves good food the right to use spices and herbs that are authentic, additive and filler free and created with the outmost care and attention.
